Business Development Manager

Up to £70,000 per annum

Business Development Manager required for a rapidly growing technology solutions provider across multiple industry sectors.

Seeking an experienced and proven sales professional who can adapt to offering solutions at a C-Suite level across the Defence, Automation, Transportation, Energy and Healthcare and Communications sectors.

Ideally you will have prior experience offering technological solutions to the above industry sectors, along with specific market knowledge and a network of decision makers at a C-Suite level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Create and execute sales prospecting and key account development plans
  • Deliver consultative, solution-led sales presentations
  • Attend industry events to expand your network and generate leads
  • Manage sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets

Candidate Experience Required

  • Proven experience in field-based B2B sales or business development
  • Background in selling technology solutions to enterprise or large SME clients
  • Experience with Integration of Computer Systems.
  • Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles
  • Experience across sectors such as Defence, Healthcare, or Industrial Automation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial skills
  • Full UK driving licence (clean)
